Q; How much is shipping?
A: The price you see on the web page is the final cost to you. Nothing extra. You also have the option to pick it up which
lowers your cost a bit.
Q; What if I pay the "Pick-Up" price, and it won't fit in my car?
A: We will gladly hold your furniture until your arrangements are made for alternative delivery method .
Q; What colors do you use?
A: Our carpet supply is all remnants. Remnants reflect the current and most common colors. Shades of beige are what
are most common. You may indicate Light, Medium, or Dark when you place your order. Colors other than beige can be
ordered. Add 25% for color. Describe the color desired in the comment box when placing the order. The additional
charge will be added at the time the order is complete.
Q: What is used to build the framework of the designs?
A: Purrrniture was born from recycling high quality wood spools, 4x4 posts from fencing, and thick paper tubes from the
paper industry. All wood used is plywood and solid wood posts.
Q: Do you recover cat furniture?
A: Yes, we recover all types of cat furniture, whether made by us or not. A ballpark/sight unseen estimate is $25-$40 for
each area that needs attention
Q: Do you use sisal rope?
A: Yes, we use sisal rope for those who request it. Not all cats like sisal rope so we limit the use to those who know their
cat will use it. We charge $20.00 for for each foot of 4x4 that gets wrapped. Samples can be seen on our Whisker Villa and
Purrrfect Perch designs.
Q: Do you use catnip in your designs?
A: We do not use any catnip in our Purrrniture. The designs stand on their own merit. Placed in the right location, we
guarantee our Purrrniture will be loved by your cat. See our Catisfaction Guarantee.
Q: Is your showroom in St Paul stocked with displays for sale or is everything on a per order basis?
A: We have a showroom fully stocked displays of all our Purrrniture. Orders are only necessary if a different color is
desired. Feel free to bring your kitty with you when you come to visit our showroom.
Q: How do I keep my Purrrniture clean?
A: To keep your Purrrniture looking like new it is important to clean it every week or two. Using a wire grooming brush
works very well to remove excess hair. Vacuuming will remove all dander and bring the pile back up. For stains, a "spray
and vacuum" type cleaner works very well.
